When I was at FSU I could barely afford toppings my pizza, much less in them.

Gumby’s was an expensive treat for me in college. I was mainly eating five cent ramen and thirty five cent pasta packets.
Man, that was the cheapest pizza I could find. Always a price to pay the next day, but tasted ok.
I wouldn't say I was poor in college, but there were a few times where I had to stretch less than $10 into a week worth of food.Gumby’s was an expensive treat for me in college. I was mainly eating five cent ramen and thirty five cent pasta packets.

Not many on here go back far enough to remember Chanelo's, but in the mid-60s, when the SAE, KA and ATO houses were right next to each other on Tennessee Street, it was very popular for late night dining. If I remember right, the pizzas were hand-tossed, but I don't think that mattered much to us. No idea what happened to the place.
In 1965, Chanelo's was on Tennessee, a block or two east of the fraternity houses. I'm not sure the place was still around in the 80s.
