I finally did a little background research on Norvell and I didn’t come away too impressed. Only in his fourth year as a HC and he does have pretty decent record, but he’s won zero bowl games or conference championships. I have a hard time believing school with our history is paying “the firm” to find a coach and they’re putting that resume up there as our renaissance man. I also have a hard time believing Thrasher would ask the way he did and get our hopes up for a hire like Norvell. I honestly think it’s stoops and has been for a few weeks. I mean, Thrasher is going to do everything he’s done, and then hire Norvell... right?
