Norvell has done a phenomenal job with the transfer portal. Maybe better than any program in the nation. He has done a good job recruiting. He’s a good motivator gets these players to buy in and never quit.
However, he has a history of poor game management decisions. From taking shots deep with the lead on first and second down, to going for it up 7-3 in 2h when getting ball in 3rd quarter, to pitching the ball in that situation. I appreciate him on one hand and hate him on the other. I don’t think he’s a complete coach.
