Hart was on campus in April and following his visit, he told me that Florida State was waiting to see him throw before offering. That offer came today as the Seminoles offered Hart around noon. Florida State is the last school of the Florida 'Big-3' to offer Hart. It'll be interesting to see where Hart is on their board and whether or not they can make ground with him as Florida and Notre Dame are the perceived leaders at this time.
