Apparently, FSU and it's general council believes the gor is weak and exit penalty is not enforceable for various reasons including not having a network in place by July 1. And that FSU is using that as its leverage to get something done to close the gap, and or threatening to leave. I think the good news here is that fsu is going on the offensive and looking into everything. Sucks we won't know until we know, but thrasher is our president, and that's a good thing. Anybody hear anything about this?
