Here are a few of the notable items:

Fisher was asked about the centers (Eberle, Martinez, Hoefeld): He said they had a very good day today ... might have missed only one line call

There was a really nice call from an older lady. She said she called the FSU coaches' office last year because her grandson was being bullied and needed help. So Mario Edwards Jr. wrote the boy a note encouraging him, and the football team let him come watch a practice. She was thanking Jimbo for the help. ... The call kind of ended with a funny note. The lady said her grandson was sad when Mario left school. Without missing a beat, Jimbo said he was too.

Asked about the offensive line replacing four starters, Jimbo said Rick Trickett does his best work with a young OL like the one he has right now. Said he is teaching very well and the kids are learning.

Asked about Everett Golson's turnover issues at Notre Dame, Jimbo said Everett hasn't thrown many interceptions in camp. Making good decisions. He said they have worked on ball security in pocket too.

Asked about newcomers who will contribute early: Fisher mentioned Derwin James, Lorenzo Phillips. Jacques Patrick and the young WRs & Tarvarus McFadden when healthy. Also Marcus Lewis when healthy. I don't think he mentioned Josh Sweat, but it was like the last question of the show and I think it was just an oversight. I'm sure he's playing a lot.

That was the main stuff.
