Ok let's think about this...
We take the route of under paying a head coach (Odell) and agree to give him whatever he wants for a staff around him.
Odell gets the head job and hires Will Muschamp for DC (or someone else proven to be an elite defensive mind) and keeps Briles for OC. Odell doesn't meddle and let's his coaches coach.
I firmly believe Odell can fix the culture as the head man. He knows what it takes to be a Nole. None of this BS celebrating garbage stuff we have seen out of Willie's teams.
Would you be ok with a scenario like this vs hiring someone risky like mark stoops or matt Campbell or Norvell?
