It may have been said before - but one be if it of bringing in so many talented three star players that weren’t the best players on their teams or most highly recruited in their state is that they have had to work hard to get noticed and are more likely to buy into the grind that Norvell and company are bringing to Tallahassee! That is going to make the coaches effort to turn the locker room around a lot easier to do since there will be a bunch of new blood that comes in ready to work and push the older guys at the same time. We need to become a team that wins with effort and execution again - then we can worry about adding explosive players as the final step that gets us back to championship level.
