Not that the former coaches were bad guys, but Jimbo definitely practiced some isolationism when it came to his staff interacting with the rest of the department. In just a few weeks, these coaches have been described as very personable and likable.
Have even heard some of the assistants have gone down and had lunch in the dining area instead of eating up in the football offices. That sounds like a small thing, but it rarely happened in the past.
