Just take the first 4 games: Bama, UM, and NC state.
Thankfully UM and NC State are at Doak. But that is one rough opening stretch.
Everyone knows Bama and UM will be tough emotional games. But NC State has 17 starters returning and an experienced QB. And i've blocked out of my memory until now that we were pretty much beat @NC State last year. That Boone DB had the game winning INT in his hands and dropped it. The next play the same DB gives up the go ahead TD to Rudolph.
If we survive the opening gauntlet we get a little break, but then close with last year's Heisman winner, last year's natty champ on the road, and the turds on the road.
Survive that and we likely get Miami in a rematch and the first ever FSU v. UM ACC championship.
Get through that and it's on to the playoffs to potentially face Bama again, or USC, or some other team having a magic year.
That's just a brutal schedule.
