What a back nine from JJ—going 40-32 on that course is incredible. Huge congrats to him on capturing his first major.
Burns looked like he was playing his way out of it even before the weather delay, but that ruling on the standing water rattled him. After that, it felt like he was never going to get back in rhythm.
In the PGSF, two players had Rahm and Scheffler, so it was the 3rd pick of Xander who got the point to produce the win.

Before he hit the ball, I was wondering if he had the distance to make that significantly uphill shot. Obviously he did.
