Missing practice time is a huge problem. Especially for a team going through a coaching transition. But there may be a silver lining in all this. Since every other school is also shutdown - player development is now even more reliant on coaches having a real plan and being able to communicate that plan to their players. In this regard I think we have the perfect head coach/support staff to keep that going even when they are not able to be on campus practicing together. Throw in the fact that a large part of this teams problems have been mental (not physical talent level) and it could be possible to see this hiatus as a period where we can make up substantial ground on other less organized/well coached programs.
