High West puts out a bunch of high quality products. They are very good!High West Campfire is a very smokey blend of bourbon and scotch. Although pricey, about $70 for a fifth, it is very interesting and I like it a lot.
We have a bottle of this that we haven't opened yet...I don't care so much for the peat taste but the Mrs does so...Island scotches, the more peat the better. Talisker, Laphroig (Select Cask Strength is excellent), and Ardbeg.
rules...Faves:
Laphroaig quarter cask
Bowmore
Oban
Bruichladdich Port Charlotte
Ardbeg
Fwiw,
The speyside malts dominate international sales imho because they are mild and most people’s intro to Scotch. (Glenlivet, Glenfiddich, Macallan, Glen Grant, Balvenie).

On a side note...have you tried this? Coffee Tequila...nice after dinner optionI've tried many fine Scotch brands and for some reason drinking Scotch neat usually seems to give me instant indigestion. I don't have that problem with sipping tequila and generally prefer it all around. I switched to straight tequila when I went keto and I never looked back. My current favorite is Codigo Reposado but there are way too many good ones to list in the $60 to $100 range.
Yea I'm not a fan of liqueurs, I avoid sweet flavors in my alcohol in general. I genuinely like the taste of an unflavored premium tequila. On a side note...have you tried this? Coffee Tequila...nice after dinner option
