What's on the underside of this giant pizza dish we're living on top of?

Since we know there's no gravity holding us on, I don't think there's anything. I imagine it being kind of bowl-shaped on the bottom, so there's "ballast" that would keep the planet from tipping over if too many people went on vacation too close to any of the edges.
