I think it's becoming obvious (if it wasn't already) how the USSR/Eastern Bloc dominated the Olympics like they did for so many decades.

Just saw a note. Russia is declaring that if they are banned, then the Russians wont compete.

Which i assume means the individuals won't complete under the Olympic banner in events.
