With over 300,000,000 people, I wonder how many thousands (millions?) don't believe it.

Having said that, I wouldn't be shocked to get a "just kidding" statement from him at some point. Horse is out of the barn.
This has actually made the local news here in CFL and has the local NASA peeps seriously responding to prevent young kids from believing him. Spectrum13 has been running the story every 15 mins.
There is no way an NBA player ever scored 100 points in a game. Impossible.

If this is the guy's attempt at trolling, he's found a great way to make himself look like a blockhead. Guys like Lebron James are trying really hard to make the world think of professional athletes as something other than current-day Neanderthals...guys like Curry aren't helping that cause.
Curry is generally a pretty intelligent guy so this moon-landing thing caught me off guard. At first I thought/hoped he was being sarcastic, sadly that appears not to be the case.

Bit concerning how many people have started to believe hair-brained conspiracy theories and nonsense like flat earth, moon-landing, anti-vax, etc... We have science for a reason, I don't know why people want to deny it based on their gut or some crap they read online. You don't need to understand or fully litigate everything to take it as the truth.

I always found it fascinating that the same people that believe internet conspiracies also are the same people that the federal government can’t do anything right.
I think it's simply a general distrust of American Government. I'll be honest, while I believe we did it, I wouldn't be surprised to find that it was staged or that at the very least that the television broadcast of it was staged for PR purposes.
We were in a war to get there first, we had to win that war with Russia one way or another. If it was staged, it was done well enough to deceive Russia as well.
I find anyone who believes the Earth to be flat to be idiotic, but for someone simply believing that the US lied about something they had that much invested in? I don't think that's idiotic, although if they did it, it's the biggest most expensive hoax ever.

The reason I don’t buy conspiracy theories such as this is the amount of people who would have had to been in on it and never said a word for decades. People aren’t that good at lying or covering their tracks on something this big. The JFK assassination being more than just Oswald is one I could see. Not that there were two shooters but that he was working for someone

I’d dispute that he’s a dumb guy or moron.
Other than this moon thing, which is a big strike if he really believed it, he hasn’t ever said or done much to come off as a moron. If anything he’s come off as one of the more put together players in the league.
