Could fsu play the sovereign immunity card? I doubt the gor references waiving SI, and even if it did, most times that waiver is irrelevant. The state of Florida makes it very difficult to sue above sovereign immunity limits. A claims bill is a dead end for the ACC as well as the Florida legislature will 100% deny to side with FSU.
so you’d be going from $300m to $300k.
