For some perspective I just turned 31 and I was the kind of guy that would rage after any FSU football loss and it would totally ruin my night and Sunday too.
Yesterday I was angry watching us lose to our arch rival and lose all of our streaks, but somehow I also felt a big burden lift off of me as well. I went out last night with my family and had a great time. I literally didn't even think about the game, which is highly unusual for me.
I think my perspective has finally shifted to what really matters. It's great to let sports have a positive impact on your life, but why allow it to have a negative one?
Thanks Willie for reducing my CFB addiction and giving my mind some freedom?
