Tallahassee Folks...have any of you done this?

I'm desperate to tell Comcast to suck eggs, so I'm hoping to hear some positive testimonials.

My one concern upfront is that the Internet portion of the bundle seems pretty slow. 10MBps for Prism vs 50MBps for Comcast on my current plan. How much do you really need though? I have no idea. Maybe I have way more than I need now at 50?

I did a couple of years ago and MUCH prefer Prism. And I do not notice a difference in Internet speeds but all I do is use it for Netflix and regular work and home internet usages NOT FPS games. That's probably the only place you would notice if at all.

My only problem since the switch is once the introductory rate ends, the rate is not better than Comcast.

I tried Prism and ended up switching back to Comcast. The internet was the biggest issue. It would constantly be out or super slow. At this point I've tried all the options in Tallahassee and I honestly prefer the Comcast product. Came to the realization that every tv/internet company has its drawbacks but Comcast's product was the most consistent and reliable. But that can also be dependent on where you live in Tallahassee.

Why do you want to switch? Is it because comcast customer support isn't the greatest or something with the internet service you are getting? I know too many people who plan to switch back to Comcast after spending time with Prism.
