Ok, the move to Melbourne looks like it's moving forward. I don't have a date yet, but shooting for September or so.

I'm in Melbourne Monday and Tuesday for work, pass along any realtor recommendations, as I'm going to try and do a couple viewings while I'm there.

Steve Munich (sp?). He's a bit of a blowhard, but a great realtor. He found my friend two great deals beach side, but my friend had to move within a day or two and paid cash.

I hope to move over there within a year or two once my youngest goes to college.

Haha no, neither of us drink anymore. Pretty rare that we have any time for adult socializing, everything revolves around the kids these days.
