is not the losses, although that's quantifiably bad. the worst in 4 decades.

It's not the blow-outs, although that's embarrassing.

the biggest problem is the lack of leadership and discipline. 12 games in to the year and cannot get the right guys on the field. Can't get lined up right. Can't keep yourself from retaliating against someone who's intentionally provoking you.

This year was a complete disaster and it will repeat again next year if the leadership and discipline issues don't get solved. Too many personalities and not enough leaders. Too much show-boating - when you're down by 3 touchdowns!!!! - and not enough discipline.

Purely pathetic in every sense. No way we can rightly expect anything different than the result we saw this year with these problems.
