My 2 thoughts.... Practice. They hadn't gone for 2 the whole season.

Maybe wanted another shot to give a kid the ball. Funchess was keeping that TD ball.

I attended the Bronco/Pats fav me with my daughter today. We had a great time watching the Broncos win. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to spend the bucks to go to the Super Bowl. I
went two years ago and had a blast but the game wasn't much ;(

Newton's celebrations get old real quick if you're not a Panther fan.

I'm not a Panthers fan, I just like to see him out there having fun and enjoying it - kind of the anti Manning/Brady. It's a game, and it kind of annoys me when they try to make it out to be so much more than that.
