To compliment that list, here's a stab at the most at risk:

1. Nicholas
2. Porch Dick
3. Sasha
4. Tobin (will do something stupidly heroic)
5. Rosita (we don't see enough of her, easy main group character to remove)
6. Random teenage boy (especially if the group starts hanging w/ Carl and the girl outside)
7. Tara (least qualified of the at-risk supply runners team)
8. New addition to the supply runners team (see Tara above)
9. Aaron (has even riskier job, could expand the theme of Alexandrians not returning from forays with Rick's people)
10. Sam (or whoever he shoots - accidentally or on purpose - once he gets a gun)

I like this idea, maybe we should drop it to two Top 5 lists and make it a weekly part of the episode discussions.

I think Rosita is a bit more safe than 5, remember, she's Abe's piece, and Abe is probably towards the top ten most safe, so I don't think they'll kill off another mate of his.

I think Eric is in more danger than Aaron. Remember, Aaron wanted Daryl to take over for Eric so he would be safer, and that's usually a signal someone is about to be killed off.

Sam is safe, I think they're done killing kids for a while.

I think two top 5s would be fun.

Most safe:
Rick
Carl
Daryl
Carol
(Judith I don't really count her though)
Maggie (I just don't think they kill off one the hotties, and it would end her whole family).

Least Safe:
Gabriel
Pete
Sasha (wasn't there a black girl at the party? yup, Sasha's a gonner...)
Eric
Tobin

I was waiting for Gabriel to be mentioned... After his selling out of the group being heard by Maggie he has to be on top of my not safe list.
