The Walking Dead Season 8 Finale!

Question for those who pay closer attention to things than I; fairly late in the Fear episode last night, Morgan was trying to catch up to a walker (it was after he'd been shot in the leg, the weird guy helped save him from some other walkers then helped him catch up to the walker on the highway). Morgan made some comment about needing to see/know; who did he think it might be?

The guy from the beginning of the episode, in the car, that Morgan tries to help. He refuses Morgan’s help and is just left in the car.

Nothing shows the garbage that is now Daryl’s character more than him just standing there while Maggie is begging not to spare Negan. Three measly seconds on camera during that scene for Daryl. What have they done with this guy?

Daryl makes the Garbage People look like master orators.

That's the one that bothers me the most. Daryl was such an amazing character, and ever since they got to Alexandria he just walks around being angry. I'd really like the writers to go back to the earlier shows to see what made so many of these characters great and try to get back to that.

Me too kc. I remember saying he was like a caged animal once they got there. It's why he went out with Aaron. I miss the cool Daryl.

I am not sure if anybody here what the series Spartacus on Starz. It was probably one of my all-time favorite shows but it ended with only like 3 or 4 seasons. I remember they did an interview with the writer and he stated that he could easily make more seasons but he wanted to end it while people still wanted to watch the show instead of people watching out of obligation. As much as I enjoyed the series and did not want it to end, I totally understood where he was coming from. I fear walking dead is becoming a show people watch out of obligation rather than actually enjoying it.

The problem was the lead actor died of cancer and it was never the same again with the replacement.

TWD = LOST

TWD is still somewhat entertaining and I liked the finale fine but I find myself not really caring about the characters anymore. Trying to decide if I want to continue watching. Nothing against TWD....it's hard keeping a show going for this many seasons without some redundancy and complacency.

I already miss the show. With Game of Thrones not coming back for another year, my Sunday nights are going to be empty. I guess I can still hate watch Fear.

My DVR works overdrive on Sundays with Billions and Into the Badlands (ready for this to start up this week)... I think you'd like ITB, it's a good ride.
