#1 OSU stops Indiana twice in the final minute inside the 10 yard line, wins 34-27. Indiana beat Wake 31-24, and Western Kentucky 38-35.
#2 MSU beat 1-4 Purdue, 24-21. Purdue has lost to Marshall, Bowling Green, and Virginia Tech.
#16 Northwestern beats 3-2 Minnesota, 27-0, and looks pretty good.
#19 Wisconsin loses to Iowa 10-6, as the Badgers offense goes into hibernation early. This year, Iowa will not play OSU, Michigan, MSU, or Penn State.
#22 Michigan thumped hapless 2-3 Maryland, 28-0.
Penn State squeezed by 1-4 Army, 20-14. PSU has only 156 yards passing, 108 yards rushing.
Nebraska blows ANOTHER lead in the 4th quarter, losing to Illinois 14-13, after leading 13-0 in the 4th. Illinois had not beaten Nebraska since 1924. Illinois has a loss this year to UNC, 48-14.
