It was on MSNBC not CNBC, big difference. People actually watch CNBC to get business news. I'm not sure who watches MSNBC but there aren't many of them.
Ah, that was a typo on my end.
My fault.

This!
If no one watches does anyone really see it ?
That video is absolutely disgusting. This is what people believe. They guy says Jameis was charged. So ridiculous...that girl will pay one way or the other. Karma is a bitch.
Let me make some comments why Morning Joe matters, even with its lousy ratings. There is a direct connection between that show and politico.com - especially with Mike Allen and his politico playbook. If you read the book "This Town" by Mark Leibovich, you will get the background of how Joe and Mika became powerful insiders in the DC political system. We all can laugh at the "inside the beltway" mindset, but there comes a time when you ignore it at your peril. The insiders are glued to that show. Mike Allen strangely has connections everywhere (think of Varys - the bald guy - on Game of Thrones). Mika has a real journalistic background (she left, er.....was fired from CBS news). Joe was a frequent visitor to the Don Imus show. He somehow got the "conservative guy" gig along with Pat Buchanan. Pat has real gravitas and was fired by NBC. Joe has nowhere near Pat's skill and intelligence. Joe is an incompetent back stabbing opportunistic jerk who unfortunately wields journalistic power in a very small subset of the media - but it is a subset that is followed by many powerful insiders. Thrasher had to respond but someone has to take this guy out.
It's a waste to try to convince some. Emotions trump facts and America is slowly being indoctrinated to hate winners and those that work hard.... being a victim is now en vogue. Sure, something happened, but clearly she wasn't drugged, knocked in the head, or forced into a cab. Her friends couldn't even lie for her.... it's a shame, but this makes Mika and Joe look sympathetic and under their thoughts, more liked.
A lot of people have been saying it's time to go on the offensive and set the record straight. Kinsman, especially through this movie, but also via the media at large, has really been able to control the message to a public that is naturally sympathetic to (true) rape victims and also eager to see a star taken down.
My question is, where are all the screenshots and other images (tweets) from her days as a "Cleatchaser"? Didn't anybody do a screen capture of any of this stuff she had posted on social media? Apparently she was even tweeting support for Jameis and the team sometime in the middle of the 2013 season (but before the allegations). If her own sorority sisters abandoned support for her because of her reputation, aren't there some old text messages that someone could come forward with that would shut this woman up once and for all?
I think Joe has something in common with Varys as well, they're both missing a set of you know what!
