The Florida State track and field teams opened the Terry Long FSU Relays with three top performances in program history.
Austin Kleinman and Curtis Williams contributed gold while securing FSU all-time top 10 marks for the men, while Madison McGloin made the list for the women.
McGloin finished fourth in the women’s hammer, throwing the ninth-farthest throw in FSU history at 51.74m (169-9).Williams won the men’s long jump, tying the eighth-farthest mark in FSU history with a career best of 7.96m (26-1 ½).
The women’s 4x100-meter relay team consisting of Lucy May Sleeman, Liana Tyson, Alyia Green and Doyin Soremi brought home the win with a time of 45.12. Lucas Bouqout won the men’s 5,000-meter with personal best time of 14:20.00. Kaden Levings followed in second at 14:26.61.
Dani Thompson rallied her second career win in the women’s 5,000-meters with a time of 18:04.66.
