Tips and comments for new lot 10 parking lot booster

Ive heard nothing but good things from this lot and do im giving it a run. We've parked in lot 5, 2 and 1. What makes 10 so good? If it the grass? Shade? Is it not busy or crowded? Is it more families and less parties with dj's like in some of the lots? Any tips on what to do and who to connect with?
