Fellow Warchanter's,
A buddy and I are making the trip in this weekend from Michigan and Wisconsin to see the Noles dominate a rival. I have been to Tally 2 times and it's a first for my buddy but it has been some time and have a question or two.
One thing that I have always heard about was the great tailgating scene before the game. I am wondering how open FSU tailgaters are to "outsiders"? We are both big into barbecuing and appreciate the southern techniques. Here in Michigan it is very normal to invite people in, including the opposing team, and enjoy some food and conversation before the game. We would both be willing to throw in some cash but have a genuine interest in experiencing this culture at an FSU game. Would anybody be willing to talk to a few northern boys about FSU and some BBQ? Let me know and we will be there.
In addition to that any advise on where to park and when would be greatly appreciated. We are heading in from Tampa that morning.
Can't wait to get back to Tally this weekend!
Go Noles!
