I’m not so sure now, by about 1:00 it could be a cat two

Possibly a three by time it makes landfall

Hopefully the bands don’t hamper Tally!

Been pretty gusty here over night but not a lot of heavy rain so far. Thirty miles to our east is getting pounded.
