Apparently they were shot in a restaurant purposely. They very well may have deserved it. No way to tell at this point.

How about this guy? The cop shot him with his persona AR15 with the words "You're F***ed" in it. The jury wasn't allowed to know that along with other facts about the cop though and he still walks the streets.

Or how about this story, with video in the link. This cop definitely shouldn't be on the streets and if he isn't fired soon will probably shoot an innocent person as well.

Of course when the innocent victim tried to complain rather than admonishing the officer who was clearly and indisputably a head case and in the wrong, they arrested the victim.
