These types of games are why we all love college football. For a first game out these two teams put on a nice performance. I said it on Seminole Sidelines - I was a big fan of Caleb Williams. That being said I feel that Lincoln went against what he liked to do offensively. While Lincoln runs the air raide - unlike others who run it he likes to run the ball. You saw it last night that he ran the football. He also utilized the tight ends. Miller Moss fits what Lincoln likes to do more. Miller Moss is accurate throwing the football. He also stands in there and will take a hit before releasing the football.
Anthony Lynn Jr....I would like to be his agent today. He is a stud as a DC. He made ucla very good on defense. He just turned usc around in less than a year. He was a great addition. He may become the first 3 million dollar DC. He and Lance Guidry at Miami will both be paid.
LSU qb - I liked what I saw from him last year in their bowl game. He is going to be a good one. Funny lsu fans hate Brian Kelly today and think he will never win. Fan bases should stay off message boards. LSU program was a mess after Coach O left. Coach O got them a title but their roster when he left had no talent. LSU is recruiting very well. This idea that you have to win in year 3 is BS. Michigan did not win in year with JH. While the transfer portal can help turn a program around quicker - I also think it can stunt your growth just as quickly. LSU is a year away. They have a qb who can win a title. They are a flawed team but LSU will have a good team.
Duce Robinson - he was Dominic Robinson....I remember when DROB was recruited by FSU. He was the next Deion. In the Florida / Cali game DROB was one of the best layers in the game. He never lived up to the hype. I do believe he did catch the ball on 4th and 14 against Florida before Rix hit PK to win the game. His son is the real deal. Man fsu could use him this year - he is a better version of Johnny Wilson.
I laughed when people thought Lincoln would struggle in the BIG 10. When he rolls his teams out against Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa - scoring won't be a problem. I think he had success early on in that conference.
