229 is in a dilemma ...was invite to go to Vegas for a birthday celebration but it's the week of the ND game.

There is a known rule of no weddings, funerals or parties planned during football season...but Vegas is always a LITuation.

Should one make an exception or still go to the ND game? Thoughts from the TC are welcomed for once.

I have nothing to add but... LITuation

Now that’s a good one.

Other than the live game, which you'll have a better view of Saturday night from anywhere but Knute Rockne stadium, South Bend has nothing on Las Vegas.

ND if you haven't been...Vegas will cost you 5 fold what So Bend does.
At least, I think it will,
unless the sports book is kind.

Background...229 visits Vegas at least once or twice a year.

ND has always been on the bucket list...but the cold and nightlife is a concern.

If we go to South Bend and win and you weren't there you will always regret it. Vegas will always be there. Of course if all you want to do is gamble and party then go to Vegas.

If you already go to Vegas once a year then South Bend is the correct answer

Go with the Bucket List fam. I’ve had this one marked for a while since I’ve never been to a game at ND. We last played them there in 2003 I think. Like you, I go to LV multiple times a year but I live in SoCal so it’s easier for me.

If you really do goto Vegas all the time. . I would do the bucket list brother.

Hop on the alumni club Bus from Wrigleyville to SouthBend. Booze and food included and it will save you from the night life dilemma when we all get back to Chitown ready to party at 1AM. . . Plus, this could be a magical year and ND could be one for the ages.

If ND is on the Bucket List ...This is a no brainer...Especially going to Vegas once or twice a year already

See if your friends can head to Vegas a few days early. Then fly to Chicago Friday in time for the caravan to ND. After we win the game, head back to Chicago and party until you catch the flight home. Problem solved.

Dude has started to go to Vegas before the season. Place a nice wager on the noles to win it all. When we win it all I have a nice party excuse in Vegas.
