Coach Taggart is re-tooling his approach in a way that I think will be very constructive in the coming seasons. I think he’s put the right people in the right places, and he’s giving them the necessary flexibility to manage their responsibilities effectively. At 30,000 ft, Coach Taggart should be able to manage the program more effectively, which is precisely his role in the organization. He’s demonstrating a willingness to make changes in order to improve the program, which I think shows character and leadership. I’m looking forward to seeing these improvements bear fruit over time.
