His FSU High Seminoles won their state semifinal in Lakeland today. They were outmanned by Tampa Catholic who has Kevin Knox as an assistant coach as well as Knox’s son. Tampa Catholic lead by 13 at the half. Ward’s team played the 2nd half executing his plan to win the game 60-57. FSU slowed down the game on both ends of the floor not allowing Tampa Catholic’s talent run up and down the floor. Great job by Coach Ward. Kevin Knox and Charlie gave each other a big hug after the game.
