Anyone know if the WatchESPN app (espn3) will ever be an app on our tv's like it is on out computers and phones?

What brand. I have a brand new Sony Android tv and I can't find it. Also have a Visio, but they use Yahoo apps.

I do have a 2 or 3 year old Samsung with a actual web browser in it that I can get it on. I just would have thought that an Android TV would have it.

Buy a Chromecast for $35 and you can stream practically anything from your phone. Google just announced a new version that looks really cool. Just download the watchespn app on your phone and cast any game to your set. If you prefer a device with a separate remote control, get a Roku or Apple TV or Amazon Fire. No reason to get a new tv.

I know I can go out and buy something to get it, I just don't see why it's not already an app on the new tvs.

If you have a smart tv, just turn on "all share" on your phone and you can mirror it to the tv
