Young and intelligent, hungry and super high-energy, organized and disciplined and leads one of the least-penalized teams in the country, and is a terrific motivator and leader. He is literally the polar opposite of Taggart. Oh yeah, took Western Michigan to 13-1 and now has Minnesota at 9-0 (edited) and off to their best start since 1941.

You want the guy who is going to scare our rivals the most, well PJ Fleck is that guy. Probably even more so than Bob Stoops.
