We'll have Asian massages, a ( legal) weed dispensary, and some other high end features to distinguish ourselves. Maybe a 3D hologram of Bobby holding trophies to get the current players motivated.
RHT3 Sandals Bldg of Fashion and Fierceness - Spent many days taking easy classes in that building, arguing politics with girls who were idealistic and very dumb ( but easy).
