They decided to relocate to the old Nicholson's Farm House. Service is much better as they hired the staff from The Silver Slipper.
Nah, it wasn't really going to re-open after the fire, it had been for sale for a few years. Some investor bought it cheap last year and is trying to re-sell it.
I’m sure the “re-opening” claim was an attempt for the owner to help get away with arson. Apparently it worked!
No. Barnacle Bills on North Monroe!
Actually saw a Barnacle Bills truck in Gainesville last week. Started looking around for a Delorean parked next to it.
That makes me feel better. The one in downtown St. Augustine is second only to Osteen's for shrimp in the whole area.
The shrimp is good but their food as a whole hasn't been the same since they moved locations
Jeff Stilwell's wife died a few years before the restaurant burned, I guess his heart wasn't into it anymore. That place was open over thirty years.
Only long time Tallahassee natives might get this reference. Jeff Stilwell pulled a Sid Rayburn but took the Insurance money and ran. last I heard he was living on a boat sailing the caribbean
