Dabo, a successful CEO of his program? Dabo isn't a great X/O's coach, but he does hire great/elite coordinators and doesn't get in their way, which makes him a successful HC.

What if Golden could do the same? Imo, if he could become more like Dabo, Miami could dominate the coastal for the foreseeable future.

Any thoughts?
