He was a Heisman finalist, took his team to a national championship, destroyed us in Doak Campbell Stadium, and is a proven winner. I've read quite a few comments on here not wanting this great athlete to be our QB and I want to know why. Fir those who support EG don't comment. I want the one's who don't to intelligently defend your opinion on why EG is our best option after viewing Maguire after the spring game. IMO Maguire played like a true freshman in the spring game. So why start him when it's no upside to his game.
