Will or have Vaccines helped football operations return to normal?

Is it me or do you all find that your typical employee at Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot must fail a customer service examination multiple times before they are hired? Their level of ineptness can not be achieved by accident.

The guy in the Home Depot plumbing section was excellent when I needed to fix my frozen pipe last Feb.
