Unless they can prove the toxicology reports from UF labs which confirmed no drugs in her system (1 lie) are incorrect or were tampered with, that she really was hit over the head when police reports/exams say she had no injury (2 lies), or Darby/Casher come forward and said they lied (doubtful) I don't know what more ammunition you can show that Winston raped her when all of this is based on a lie that EK has consistently spread.

If/when Casher confirms the oral sex angle, that strikes me as yet another deal-sealer. Yes, rape victims frequently perform fellatio for their assailants. And then they mount the assailant cowgirl style. And then they ride home on the assailant's scooter. Sure. That's what always happens.

I'm not saying they are liars. But from an evuation standpoint I don't put much weight in the testimony of close friends who were prepped by counsel before talking to police.

Even if she is found to have been drugged they then have to prove that is was at least likely Jameis that did it. If someone else did it at the bar and he had no clue then it still won't matter.

Good luck, Kinsman, convincing a jury that 2 eyewitnesses would commit perjury in federal court to cover for Winston. Taken collectively and halfway objectively, the evidence shows that no rape occurred.

Oh I agree the evidence shows she's a liar. But testimony of friends like those, without the other stuff, is rejected by juries every single day. That is not the compelling evidence in this case.

Anyone who tries cases knows people lie ALL THE TIME. In court. It's part of every trial.

Casher is a very compelling witness. After all, Erika gave her phone number to him. He can't easily be dismissed. She also tried to pimp him to Monique.
