Brewing in Canton, NC on Thursday night. Fellow Seminole Kevin and crew are helping to host a visit by former Leon HS and FSU QB Billy Sexton. Most Nole fans will know of him as a longtime coach for the Noles... The Asheville Seminole Club is also involved, tho I have not been a part of their events. Good brew (Rauchbier is my current favorite) and pub food, (the wings are good as are other offerings) will help make the evening enjoyable.
Billy was always one of my heros, ( though I wound up at cross town Godby even as my mom taught at Leon) and his yeoman work during Bobby B’s early years is part of a true move into the big time. I would love to yack with Billy.
