Freshman DB Isaiah Bolden is our for the season after undergoing shoulder surgery.
Landon Dickerson’s rehab is going very well, but he said he doesn’t have a definite timetable for Dickerson’s return.
Said the energy has been great all week in practice and that guys are doing a better job of communicating in meetings. Asking questions, etc. Now they need to show their knowledge on the field.
On Cam Akers’ fumbles, says it has to get fixed. Says if you want to be a great running back, you can’t fumble.
As for the offense, said they’ve mostly focused on improving the things they’re doing. Doesn’t sound like any wholesale changes.
Also was asked the possibility of Blackman playing, and he said QB isn’t the problem. So don’t expect any changes there.
