Bottom line: If FSU wants to win more than two games this season it has to do these things::

1) Start Travis every game you can. But in the process of starting him, MOVE THE POCKET. He is not nor will he ever be the passer Milton is (or was because Milton won't either) so trying to make him a pocket passer is a colossal waste of time. Go to a two TE set and run the ball but against good teams you will have to throw to set up the pass.

2) Ward and Corbin are your best players, they need the ball in thier hands at least half of the plays you run whether it be passing to them in the flat, toss sweep, misdirection or up the gut. Get them the ball.

3) Start McClain. It's time. Against the better teams you need his blocking and his speed to back off the safties in the run game.

4) You have to fire Fuller at the break. Put Shannon in charge, demote Fuller to get some use out of him. Make him assistant DC, ANYTHING but letting him call plays or communicate with the secondary. They will have two weeks to practice and learn under dhannon before thier next gane if MN has the real desire to win.

All this it's the offense fault is overblown. They are not a good offense because they don't have talent trench players and Dillingham is just as useless as Fuller. That said, they let a woeful Syracuse offense score 30. The secondary let receivers run free, the LBs are consistently lost in coverage which means the scheme (such as it is) is not being communicated properly and it has been more than enough time to get basics down. But this is the same guy that blew the Jacksonville State game...so there's THAT.

5) Although I think Dillingham is just a little better train wreck than Fuller, he is still a train wreck. It's time to exclude him from all game planning and calling of plays. The only thing he's good for is going to get MN coffee at this point. The plays he called looked HORRIBLE and yes they do contribute to the defense ineffectiveness. We have got to sustain drives to keep our defense off the field.

If FSU wants a prayer of beating anyone else left on thier schedule not named UMASS then START TRAVIS!
