Anyone see the new James Bond Spectre?

The chick was nothing to write home about, that's for sure. I liked it, but I like every Bond movie except for quantum of solace, that just flat out sucked.

It wasn't my fave, but it's a homage to classic Bond films. (Dr. No, Thunderball, OHMSS, You Only Live Twice, etc.) It was written for Bond aficionado's by a Bond aficionado.

If you go into it knowing this, you kind of have a different appreciation for the film.

My God- you guys didn't do the film justice! I loved it! I give it a solid 8/10. I laughed a few times, loved the different scenes in Rome, Austria, London and Mexico City. I was never bored and wasn't confused (I usually am during Bond movies.) wondering what the eff is going on.

I thought it was on par with Casino Royale and better than Skyfall.

My only complaint is that the Bond girls weren't that hot. Monica Bellaucci is like 60 years old. The French blond love interest was a 7.5 and she looked like she was 20 at times. Not that there's anything wrong with that but she was like Bond's daughter. Her Dad...what was his deal? He knew Bond before? How?

Overall- I loved it. Great flick.

Question: When Bond and the French broad arrived at the compound before the needle chair, how did that come about? I didn't understand it. It seemed like Bond just showed up out of nowhere then ended up in the needle chair. Can anyone explain it?

Also, are Bond movies ever related or does each one have a completely different plot and cast of characters?

Daniel Craig: 47 years old
Monica Bellucci: 51 years old
Léa Seydoux: 30 years old, French/German (eurotrash strike zone)

Bellucci is sexy as all hell and Seydoux is no kid, you need glasses brah!

I kept waiting for one of the sequels to be as good as casino royale, but they all failed. Definitely disappointed.

Home for Thanksgiving my sister dragged me to see it and meet up with an old friend. Mindless action fun. I can't even remember who the Bond girl was or what she looked like without looking it up. But somebody up above reminded me that Monica Bellucci was in it too. Saw her in Under Suspicion from the year 2000 and have been a fan ever since.
