Being Thankful!

Blessings all around if you choose to recognize them!

Here’s one that happened to me yesterday

I was working in Dunnellon and started to head south for Thanksgiving

My sister who lives in Ocala was on me to stop by

So I drove 20 plus miles north to visit, she wasn’t there

So I head to I75 which was another 20 miles

Anyways as I get on I75 my brakes start locking up on front end, was super hot and smoking

I found a repair shop open(it was 3:30) but couldn’t get repaired till Friday

I called enterprise and they had zero vehicles to rent

As I was on phone the rep says hold on we just had a cancellation, so I took it

Then headed south

As I look back a day when I was in a pity party, I was asking what did I really have to be thankful for?

God , responded

Had I not gone out of the way to see sister I would have stuck on side of road on the turnpike, or possibly been in an accident

He got me safely to a repair shop, provided a vehicle so I can be with family today, and got me out of my pity party!

I have a lot to be Thankful for and I hope you all do too no matter what your situation is, I pray you have a Blessed day!!

And for you ladies remember “ sweet to the lips is bad for the hips”!
