Population growth is probably not a great way to show overall growth of a city. Here's how Atlanta has grown (through 2017) since 2010.....so it's fairly recent data. As you can see below, Atlanta has barely managed a 1% annual population growth rate (versus 0.7% for Tally) over that time. Most of the overall growth in the region is being forged OTP. Obviously, if you live in Atlanta (I live ITP), you can see the changes and improvements firsthand.........even though population figures would point to it being fairly stagnant. Perhaps a lot of the same things are going on in Tallahassee, albeit at a much smaller scale? I don't know.

Not sure what you mean here. The TJ Maxx shopping center was updated and got a Trader Joes and Grub Burger Bar. Before that the Fresh Market area was expanded and WhichWich and Smashburger were added. Across Timberlane(Market Plaza Phase 2) the new Island Wing and other options were added. The south part of Market Square is in the middle of a large demolish and rebuild. PDQ is building/opening on Market St across from Super Suds. Not sure Bannerman Crossing is considered the exit area(5 miles north) but it's new and full of dining options also.

Speaking of Market Square, I don't think anyone has mentioned Gordo's for Cuban food. Have they moved to their new location yet?

Speaking of Market Square, I don't think anyone has mentioned Gordo's for Cuban food. Have they moved to their new location yet?

It looked open to me. But I didn’t mention it because to me Gordos is only good if you haven’t had Cuban at any of the halfway decent places outside of Tally.
