I was just thinking of this question today, Who's the Best Non-Heisman QB in FSU History? I think there may be some various answers, but I think many people will say a Heisman runner-up, Casey Weldon. So I might have to take away Casey since he would be the clear majority winner. So now I ask my fellow Tribal Council members, Who is the best QB in FSU History? (Excluding Weldon, Ward, Weinke, and Winston)
